Second Patch(no more for the rest of the week I swear)

I may have broken my promise, but I care about your eardrums! Here are the changes:
- Added a sound manager to prevent sounds from layering, which used to cause an unbearably loud noise
(found the solution for that here). - Fixed a random sound playing after the loading screen.
- Switching from fullscreen to windowed mode no longer resizes the window.
- Picking up a previously acquired weapon now displays ammo accurately.
- Added the same tutorial totems in every upgrade room—no idea why I didn't think of this sooner (I’ve been a bit burned out this month).
- Adjusted the value of some bouncing flesh nodes.
With that, I’ll get back to my promise of keeping updates to weekly at most, unless something major comes up.
